The Chef has the ability to materialize food at will. This comes in extremely handy against enemies with armor, as he can cause popcorn to appear within the armor, and then cause it to pop, popping the enemy’s armor right off, exposing his weak points.
While not out crime-fighting, The Chef can be frequently found on humanitarian missions.
