How did the Jedi and Sith learn all of these totally awsome powers? Simple. Trial and error, they would make one person learn all of the Force powers that they possibly could use, but with this particular person, he learned all the dumb, useless, and idiotic powers.
The Breakdancer

To breakdance extremley well and fight while doing so.

After Music-Man gains the power to make the songs he plays a reality, the other heroes try to stop him, but Music-Man plays the song Dance or Die. The heroes either try to dance or fight, but those who dance can’t so they die and those who fight aren’t dancing so they die as well. Then The Breakdancer appears and is able to dance and fight, therefore he is able to defeat Music-Man.
Super(weakness)-Man
Powers:
All the powers that Superman has, but his weakneses change each day to whatever is the least convient. (e.g. if he’s fighting crime at a lake, his weakness would be water.)

No one knows how Super(weakness)-man got his powers, but what baffels everyone the most is how his weaknesses change from day to day. He has often worked with Justin Case, but they can never can get the misssion done due to Justin’s ability to be prepared for the wrong situation and Super(weakness)-Man’s weaknesses in a constant state of fluxation.
Music Man
Power:
The ability to emit music from his body. Later, he is able to gain the abilities of the song. (Example: “Can’t Touch This” makes him unable to be touched)

This party ain’t whack enough? Need some bumpin’ tunes? Call into the night and Music Man will save the day. He can play any song you can possibly name. If a human ear has heard it, Music Man will emanate it. He later learns to use a song to gain different powers. For example, “Stop in the Name of Love” makes people stop, in the name of love.
Fatman

the ability to make anyone gain 5 pounds.

Fatman can instantly make anyone gain 5 pounds. This renders villains such as The Super Model useless, who needs to stay at 90 pounds or lose their job and be deemed “ugly”.

Nikov Time has a superhuman ability to be always on time. It is unknown how this power manifests itself: does Nikov Time gain superspeed in times of need, or can he slow down time in order to arrive on time? Nobody knows.
